For Samsung phones, from (Galaxy S7) and above, there is a feature of sharing Wi-Fi networks by default, and you will find it in the Wi-Fi Sharing tab in the Connections option in the (Settings) app.
As for the other phones running the Android operating system, they all share the ability to share the Internet via Windows 10 operating system, and you can activate it as follows:
Open the Wi-Fi network on your phone.
Then enter the (network name and network password) you typed into the Windows 10 device.
Click on "Connection" and the connection will be established.
You can also use third-party apps like Netshare, but it does require some internet settings be set on your other devices, instead of letting you connect directly to the Wi-Fi network.
